◆ Management system

The quality management system established by the company ensures vertical to the bottom and horizontal to the edge. The general manager is the first person responsible for quality, and the department leader is the main person responsible for the quality work of the departments respectively. The quality control department is mainly responsible for ensuring that: the process of the company's quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained; and the quality level is reached the advanced level in the industry; the measured data exceeded the international standards and similar foreign products, creates an active participation environment for employees and encourage employees to actively participate in various forms of mass quality management activities such as QC team activities, rationalization proposals, 5S management, and TPM (Comprehensive Productivity Maintenance) teams.

◆ QC process and test details
The company strictly implements the ISO9000 quality assurance system. Product quality control process is divided into three steps:The company strictly implements the ISO9000 quality assurance system. There are three steps for product quality control process :

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC):
All raw material suppliers are rigorously qualified and only those with good products can become raw material suppliers. Important parts are subject to full inspection and general parts are sampled. Only qualified raw materials can be used for production.

2. Production Process Quality Control (IPQC):
All production employees have undergone relevant skills and professional training. The products are checked with means of employee self-checks, mutual inspections between processes, workshops and inspections by quality inspectors of quality departments, make sure only qualified products can flow into the next process.

3. Finished product quality control (FQC):
After conducting the full inspection on the production line, the quality department conducts a sampling inspection for each batch of finished products. Only qualified products can be stored in the warehouse and delivered to customers.


◆  Quality Management Level
First level: checkLevel one: Inspection
Inspection means that the quality of the product is guaranteed only through inspection and relevant procedures. After the product is produced, the professional inspector checks whether the product meets the requirements according to the established specifications, which means company will completely give quality control to the quality control department, the management level is very low;
Level two: Guarantee
Guarantee means that as early as in the product production process, attention has been paid to ensure the quality of the product, and the quality target is achieved by the production department. In the production process, attention is paid to the processes and progress, and point of quality management focuses on the manufacturing;
Level three: Prevention
In fact, product design and production processes interact. At this level, company has taken into account the impact of design on production when designing products, with customer-facing features coming. Due to the process control strengthened, the production process is in a controlled state that can significantly reduce the cost of quality management and improve the quality of the product.
Level four: Perfect
Quality is the responsibility of every employee. Every employee is doing their utmost to seek ways to improve quality, and the products have been providing to customers external always, optimizing the various processes of production maximum.
